Accomplish the following:


• Therapeutic levels of pharmaceutical grade whey protein. Muscle is made of protein and is the most imperative nutrient for growth and repair. Whey protein also reduces the stress hormone cortisol that breaks down muscle, while it supports growth hormone involved in producing new muscle cells and volume.

 


• Increased production of cell energy needed for intense workouts, workout recovery, and muscle repair. This is partially accomplished by a creatine that does not convert to the waste product creatinine. 

 


• Nutritional, safe, and effective enhancement of our natural production of anabolic hormones, testosterone and growth hormones. Through naturally increased muscularity without any negative side effects.

 

Nutritional Supplementation:


Ultimate Protein – 1-2 scoops 2-3 times daily. This high quality whey protein was shown in a recent study out of the Journal of Nutrition to reduce energy intake, along with visceral and subcutaneous fat. It also reduced plasma insulin concentration and improved insulin sensitivity. Another article showed a clear reduction in abdominal obesity with a high protein intake. For the greatest support to muscle repair/building, take at 1.5 grams per pound of body weight per day. Recent accurate studies show no stress to the kidneys/liver at this level of protein intake.

 

Kre-Alkalyn – 2 capsules before and 2 capsules after a workout. Also take it on days not working out. The first and only creatine that doesn’t convert to creatinine in liquids before reaching muscle. Creatine is involved in muscle energy production, increasing both strength and recovery.

 

Tribestan (men or women) – 1 tablet per 44 pounds of body-weight per day. All the research on tribulus has been done on the Bulgarian product Tribestan. It contains 30-40% steroidal saponins needed for feedback to the pituitary to increase sex hormone production. This is similar to resetting a thermostat, resulting in a greater anabolic/repairative effect for building muscle and reducing body fat. It is also very effective in treating male and female sexual dysfunction.


L-Glutamine – 2 grams or more daily, preferably after workouts. Glutamine is an important amino acid that helps to build and maintain muscle, boost the immune system, support gastrointestinal health, and sustain healthy growth hormone levels.


D-136/IGF – 10-15 drops (under tongue) 3-4 times daily on an empty stomach. This is homeopathic growth hormone (HGH) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) that, on an energenic basis, helps to strengthen cell signaling within the neuro-immuno-endocrine system. Patients who participated in a study using homeopathic HGH saw decreased fat, increased muscle, improved sleep as well as skin quality and physical appearance.
