SPIN & BOOTCAMP
Turn up the tension
Fitness and fun join together for this combination spin and strength class! The spin portion of the class creates a great cardio workout that combines building strength in the legs, tones the arms, and tests whole-body endurance. The strength portion of the class uses free-weights, TRX, kettlebells, and other varieties of strength-building equipment.
Tues (9:30A, 6P), Thurs (9:30A, 6P), Fri (9:30A)
Geared towards those new to spin or experienced riders. This calorie blasting workout will strengthen your muscles and get your heart pumping. You work at your own performance level and can progress at anytime. Whether you are looking for a low impact workout or hitting your maximum heart rate, this spin class is a great choice for all fitness levels.
ROAD RAGE SPIN
Rock and Ride
Simulating road-racing style, Road Rage is designed to set your calves and quads on fire, using cadence, music and rpm to optimize your cardio and build your strength. We raise the intensity as a team, but keep a party atmosphere going for a great workout that’s also a really good time.
Designed to provide you with the fundamentals of
yoga. We’ll cover the basics of asana (poses),
pranayama (breath work), work on balance and
strengthening the core, the foundation to practice
all types of yoga.

Find Your Core
A style of yoga which targets the deep
connective tissues of the body using postures, or
asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. A
wonderful style of yoga that combines postures and
meditation, and uses blocks and bands. You'll leave
feeling balanced and recharged.

SPIN & TABATA
A combo class of Spin and Tabata interval training-one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.

Raise the Barre
This ballet-inspired workout is a great way to develop lean muscle mass while improving your balance, flexibility, and range of motion. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

You've got what it takes
A complete full-body workout that works muscles differently every class, Cross Performance will create a functional workout to increase full-body health as well as build up strength, endurance, and cardio performance. Combining TRX, resistance bands, free-weights, kettlebells, and even old tractor tires, Cross Performance is perfect for anyone that would like a challenging, full-body workout.
Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

STRONG BY ZUMBA®
Push Past Your Plateaus
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Rock and Ride
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training alternates periods of short intense anaerobic exercises with less-intense recovery periods. The short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning. HIIT workouts are known to be an excellent way to burn fat in a short period of time and to help improve the physical performance of athletes of all kinds. Instructor: Gabby 30 Minut
BELLY DANCING (for beginners)
Belly dance for the absolute beginner. Bring your sense of adventure and tone your core through dance and movement. Dancers with some experience will have fun with the casual choreography and can focus on those core muscles.
Wear fitted clothing and plan for bare or a stocking feet. Midriff shown is NOT required.

Belly Dancing ATS (American Tribal Style)
Dance like nobody's watching
American Tribal Style® (ATS®) is a group improvisational style of belly dance based on a body of cues and transitions. This allows dancers and audience to interact and create a unique experience every time. These classes will teach you the language and style of ATS® so you can dance your heart out with whoever you want!
All are welcome regardless of age, body, or gender. We will focus on empowering ourselves and others through dance. Wear fitted clothing and plan for bare or a stocking feet. Midriff shown is NOT required.
