We founded our gym to be a second home for our members. For the last 24 years, we've built a strong membership family and a team that love our supportive and inclusive environment. Our cardio room equipment has been selected for ease of use for all levels.  With our contemporary treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes and more you will have no problem finding a way to warm up, cool down and burn maximum calories.

Achieve Your Goals

Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified personal trainers teach you proper form and personalized fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your body and mind will thank you.

Get Fit with Friends

Challenge your muscles by shaking up your routine with a group fitness class.  Whether you prefer High Intensity Interval Training with a partner, an upbeat spin session with friends, or a balanced yoga session to refine your practice there’s a perfect group class for every member.  Our qualified instructors will guide you through carefully planned workouts, so you achieve maximum results.
